School Policies
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your lessons.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. However, to respect our instructors' time and other students' needs, we require at least 48 hours notice for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson.
- For Road Test rentals, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
2. Payments & Refunds
All packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the in-car lessons. Payments are accepted via Credit Card or PayPal through our secure online system. Refunds are generally not provided once the BDE course has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the school management.
3. Student Responsibilities
- Students must have their valid G1 license with them during every in-car lesson.
- Students are expected to be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in shortened lesson time.
- Zero tolerance policy for alcohol or drug use prior to or during lessons.
4. BDE Certification
To be eligible for the MTO certification, students must complete the full 40-hour program (20 hours online, 10 hours in-car, 10 hours homework) within one year of their start date. It is the student's responsibility to complete the online portion in a timely manner.
